| 1. Written by Joel, on 20-11-2009 16:39 In reference to comments, 1 & 2, dated 10/28/09. I'm happy to say that AUTOSAVE did call the dealership back after 10/28/09. They advised Lasco Ford on what they would repair and I took the vehicle back for the repair. I have the vehicle back now and it is running good. |
| 2. Written by Joel, on 28-10-2009 04:52 My vehicle was running rough at idle and had a check engine light on. I took vehicle back to the dealership (Lasco Ford) from where I purchased it with the AUTOSAVE warranty. I provided Lasco Ford with all of my maintenance paperwork for the AUTOSAVE warranty. Later in the day I was contacted by a Lasco Ford service adviser who told me that AUTOSAVE would not cover any of the repair (replace left cylinder head) that would cost between $4500 - $5000. I contacted AUTOSAVE and spoke with Andrew who stated that they do not cover repairs that have a TSB'S (Technical Service Bulletins) on them. Andrew advised me to check on my contract, section 5, where one sentence states "This Warranty is secondary to other manufacture warranties, TSB's or recalls". Even the service advisor at Lasco dosen't understand how the repair is not covered by that sentence. AUTOSAVE is secondary there is no other coverage on this repair. The AUTOSAVE owner should be prosecuted for fraud. This is truly a crime. |

| 4. Written by I. DIXON, on 02-10-2009 16:12 This is RIP-OFF central...If you can avoid them before buying you car...They want Receipts for all maintenance and Oil changes.. So if you haven't issues with your car for 3 - 5 years.. this is how they avoid paying. AVOID - STEWART AUTO GROUP, of Pataskala, Oh. Unless they have stopped using this warranty company. i FEEL LIED TOO AND CHEATED AND MISLED. |

I read my warranty like Gino1 said he did to, I di what thwe asked, I changed my oil and kept the paperwork. When the truck started to make a noise, i called and them then took it to MY mechanic. It took 2 days to get the paperwork okayed after I sent in my paperwork for the oilchages and I got a new motr with lwss miles and it runs great, so I am happy for this. Marge W |
